Today we welcome Hambrook, who are playing in this competition for the second season, and Horfield Sports who are newcomers. Hambrook are leading contenders for Div.1 of the Bristol and District League, and Horfield Sports have this season won the Norman Hardy Cup and are Champions of the Bristol Downs League.

The Berkeley Hospital Cup Competition was inaugurated in 1932-3.

In 1948-9 the competition became the Berkeley Hospital & Local Charities Competition.
